More Butterflies Mid Alphabet

Here are some more butterfly pictures, with some being quite old at ten years of age. Those were taken with a Nikon 990 Coolpix camera that has a mere 3+ MP. Compare that to average 15 MP caneras of today, and some going well past 20 MP. I should  note when a pix is taken with the ancient 990. Denis

More Pix Of Summer

Today we will be starting with Regal Fritillary, only found east of the Mississippi River in Fort Indiantown Gap Military Facility, Lebanon County, PA . Interestingly there are about a half dozen days one can observe this butterfly in early July only, fitting in the military training and other law enforcement training dates schedule.

Posting From "Z" Down The Alphabet

Hi, Today I have decided to post pictures of butterflies from "Z" down the alphabet. Most of these pix of butterflies are just as nice as from A to Z, or anywhere in between. So here goes. Enjoy. Denis

This White Sulphur hatched, I suspect, from firewood brought into the house. Hatched Feb 9th.
